Hello: I am a 56 year old woman and I was wondering how my eyeliner can stay on my eyes. It seems to disappear like two hours after I put it on. I have put eye foundation and then the liner either pencil or liquid and even sometimes both one on top of each other. Is there any hope for me? Thanks.
Answer:
Absolutely! First, apply one small layer of foundation and a light dusting of loose powder to create a dry base so that eyeliner will better adhere to the area and last longer. When using liquid eyeliner it is very important to wait until it dries before opening your eye completely after applying so that it doesn't smudge in the crease of your top eyelid. When using pencil eyeliner be sure to add a final, light touch of powder over the eyeliner to help it stay on longer -- especially in hot, humid weather conditions.

I'm 49 have a lot of deep lines around my eyes. I usually use a liquid foundation and now a powder foundation but unfortunately either when foundation is applied it seems to make the lines stick out more. Is there a product that would lessen these lines? I need advice big time.
